VPT Components is pleased to announce it has received DLA qualificationfor NPN Darlington Power Transistors 2N6351 and 2N6353.

Both parts have been qualified to the JAN, JANTX and JANTXV quality levelsper MIL-PRF-19500/472. The 2N6351 is available in the TO-33 metal can packagewhile the 2N6353 is available in the TO-24 (3 pin TO-66) metal can package.Each device consists of two back to back connected NPN transistor die and aresuitable for demanding industrial, military, and high reliability operations.

The 2N6351 and 2N6353 are ideal for use in high gain amplifier and highand low side switching, sensor and audio applications.
